PFKM(phosphofructokinase, muscle) is a regulatory glycolytic enzyme that convert fructose 6-phosphate and ATP into fructose 1,6-bisphosphate (through PFK-1), fructose 2,6-bisphosphate (through PFK-2) and ADP.
